2 Nights / 3 Days Amboseli National Park

Depart early from Nairobi, driving south to Amboseli National Park. Enjoy scenic views as you pass through Kenya’s countryside, arriving at your lodge or camp in time for lunch.

After settling in, head out for your first game drive in the afternoon. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds, and you’ll have the opportunity to see these giants roaming against the stunning Kilimanjaro backdrop. Other wildlife includes lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, and a diverse bird population.

Return to your lodge to relax, enjoy dinner, and soak in the tranquil views of Kilimanjaro.

Start your day with a dawn game drive, the best time for viewing Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak as the clouds clear. Early mornings also increase the chance of spotting predators and other wildlife.

After the game drive, return to your lodge for a hearty breakfast and a brief rest.

Consider visiting a local Maasai village to learn about the traditional culture of the Maasai people, experiencing their music, dances, and unique customs.

In the late afternoon, head out for another game drive. Amboseli’s open plains and wetlands attract a wide range of animals, making this drive a great time to photograph hippos, zebras, and antelope.

Return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening under the African stars.
