2 Nights / 3 Days Ol Pejeta

Depart from Nairobi early in the morning and drive towards Ol Pejeta Conservancy, located near Nanyuki. Arrive around midday and check into your lodge. After a welcome briefing, enjoy some relaxation time to soak in the stunning views of Mount Kenya.

After lunch, embark on your first game drive through the conservancy. Ol Pejeta is home to a high density of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, and various antelope species. Visit the Endangered Species Enclosure to see the last two northern white rhinos, a unique and moving encounter.

Return to your lodge for dinner and an evening at leisure. Optional night game drives are available for those who want to experience the nocturnal side of Ol Pejeta, where leopards and other night animals come to life.

After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive to explore more of Ol Pejeta. The morning light provides excellent photography opportunities, especially for spotting predators like lions and hyenas.

Visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where you can see rescued chimpanzees. Learn about the sanctuary’s rehabilitation efforts and observe these incredible primates in their naturalized habitat.

After lunch, relax at your lodge or camp before setting out on an afternoon game drive. Track the Big Five and other wildlife, with sightings of rhinos, giraffes, and zebras across the savannah. This conservancy also offers unique activities such as guided bush walks and horseback riding among wildlife for a closer encounter.

Enjoy a scenic sundowner experience within the conservancy, then return to the lodge for dinner. Spend a peaceful evening listening to the sounds of the African bush.

Return to your lodge for breakfast, then check out. Begin your journey back to Nairobi with an optional stopover at the Nanyuki Equator Marker for photos.
